How can I access Performance Analytics?
You can access Performance Analytics by logging in to your platform and selecting Performance Analytics from the tab at the top of the platform.
How much does Performance Analytics cost?
Performance Analytics comes at no extra cost to City Index live clients. To access it, simply log in to your City Index account and head to the Performance Analytics tab on Web Trader or tap 'More' and then 'Performance Analytics' on our mobile trading app.
Are there any tutorials on how to use the software?

Will I be able to use this with my demo account?
Performance Analytics is not currently available on demo accounts.
Can I access Performance Analytics via the mobile app?
Yes, you can, by clicking More and then My Trading History within the mobile app.
Is the information on Performance Analytics real time or delayed?
When you first open Performance Analytics, there may be a delay in uploading your trade data. The length of delay will depend on your trading volume. When you access the platform from the second time onwards, the statistics will display in near real-time, although there may be a delay of a few minutes.
Can I export the performance data from Performance Analytics?
Yes, you can export the trade data into a csv file to use in Excel or other software. To export your data, simply head to the 'Statements' section within Performance Analytics on Web Trader. From here, you can choose the date range of the data you wish to export and hit 'export' to download it as a csv file.
If I have multiple accounts, will it show all my accounts aggregated or will I need to log in to each account to access Performance Analytics for that account?
You will need to log in to each account to access Performance Analytics for that account.

How can I access Trading Plan?
You can access Trading Plan through Performance Analytics by logging in to your platform and selecting Performance Analytics from the tab at the top of the platform.
How much does Trading Plan cost?
Trading Plan is free for all City Index traders.

Can I change my Trading Plan?
Yes, you can change your trading plan as often as you like. When you change your rules, we will automatically apply your new rules to your ENTIRE trading history to show you your discipline historically. Use the Review Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly to learn how well you adhere to your plan.
3. PlayMaker FAQ
How can I access PlayMaker?
You can access PlayMaker through Performance Analytics by logging in to your platform and selecting Performance Analytics from the tab at the top of the platform.
How much does PlayMaker cost?
PlayMaker is free for all City Index traders.

Will PlayMaker close my positions if I breach my limits?
No PlayMaker does not interfere with your trading account, it is purely informational. The trading plan you set will be monitored for you, in real-time, and we will give you a RED / AMBER / GREEN status depending on whether you have broken your rules, are close to your thresholds, or are trading within your own parameters.
How often should I use PlayMaker?
At the start of every trading day, you should log into PlayMaker to see your risk parameters. They are calculated daily based on your balance at midnight on your closed positions. It is important to adjust your size if your account gets smaller, to protect your trading capital.
While live trading, you should keep your Discipline Monitor open, so that you can be alerted if your trading plan might be at risk of a breach.
At the end of every trading day, week, and month, review your Discipline score.

What if I don't understand the metrics?
There are help buttons on every screen, with details information on the different metrics.
What does it mean when it says that there are no clear positive or negative edges yet under psychological edges?
If you can't see any edges or habits, it might be because you haven't closed enough positions yet – Performance Analytics needs a certain amount of data to function. It also could be that we have not yet found statistical significance in your data to highlight a strength or weakness.
